As an EA School of Sanctuary and a Unicef Rights Respecting School we know how important it is to welcome and include. Today in Pastoral Assembly we were introduced to our newest friends. We watched the Save The Children Fund video ‘Safe School’ . The children loved this beautiful story of welcome and friendship and all clapped spontaneously at the end! 👏⭐️ We are recruiting Cultural Ambassadors to help both newer and also existing pupils make friends and today was Sign- Up day. ✏️ Peer mediators from p6 &7 collected the names of volunteers. This new buddy initiative will help make us all feel safe and included. Thank you to everyone who helped.😀💕⭐️
