Sam Maguire Cup Visits Mount St. Catherine’s

On Thursday the school welcomed for the the Sam Maguire Cup! What an honour. Football fever gripped the school! (A sneaky orchard county ropey even managed to find its way onto the cup!)

Sam received a great reception from the all our classes and staff. We would like to thank Mr Matthew McFadden for arranging the visit. Eyes lit up everywhere at the silverware and the hope must be that it has inspired the next generation of gaels in Mount St. Catherine's Primary School.
