Paper Engineering in P3

In science we investigated the strength of paper and tried to make shapes that were strong enough to hold a small box- only one sheet of paper allowed. The children experimented and worked out that they could make strong , supportive shapes - triangles, cylindrical columns etc by folding and rolling .. smart cookies ! And how delighted these scientists were to achieve the goal!!
