The community of Mt St Catherine’s worked hard collected ‘brown pennies’ and buying raffle tickets for eggs these last few weeks. We raised an amazing £857! Thanks to Mrs Coleman for her enthusiastic organising.
We are asked to fast, pray and give during Lent and this year we decided to give to both Trócaire and those fleeing Ukraine . We have a connection in Poland where we know a Ukrainian priest who is currently feeding and providing essentials for forty people who fled. We continue to pray for peace.
