Amazing Apple Tarts

There was great excitement today as Primary 5 pupils as part of their WAU topic on 'The Orchard County' made apple tarts. They had to showcase many skills: weigh the flour and sugar, peel , slice and stew the apples. knead the dough and roll out the pastry. We thank Dympna our school cook for letting us use the canteen and for her help throughout.
